Connor O'Neill is the executive chef at the newly revamped Eighty3 restaurant at the Madison Hotel. He's originally from Columbus, Ohio, but his restaurant career has taken him to Los Angeles, Galena, Ohio, and now Memphis.

- Congratulations also to the Memphis Horns – the hardworking soul band is being honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Recording Academy.
- The much-discussed Overton Square make over is going to happen, thanks to $16 million dollars of city and federal funding. The public funds will go towards flood control and a public, city-owned parking garage.
