365 Memphians - Kristin Ferryman

356 / 365

Kristin Ferryman is a Spanish teacher at Houston High School, specializing in AP and honors Spanish, conversational Spanish and Spanish for business. She's also a mom – those are her kids frolicking behind her at Peabody Park.

She loves Memphis because "Memphis is what you make of it: you can sit around and whine and complain about the problems, or you can get out and take advantage of the awesome things happening in this city. "

365 Memphians: Terrell Jones and Charlisha Price

Memphian No. 357, Terrell Jones

Terrell Jones is a fashion designer for Medatsu Apparel and student. He can design without a pattern, and is aiming to turn Memphis into a Southern fashion hub. He loves Memphis' diversity. Also, he wanted me to tell everyone that "You can't spell 'awesome' without 'me'."

Memphian No. 358, Charlisha Price

Charlisha Price is a fashion photographer and jewelry designer who has lived in Memphis for six years. She's involved with the Memphis Fashion Group. She loves Memphis because "it's full of cool, artsy, eclectic people."

359 / 365

Stephanie Wexler-Malone is a native Memphian. She works with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, hosting special outreach dinners to raise awareness of treatments and options for adults with type 1 diabetes. When she's not volunteering, Stephanie rides her bike on the Greenline (every weekend since October 2010), designs her own jewelry and follows the photography of William Eggelston.
